Mentorship is at the heart of our approach to camp counseling. We are looking for staff members who can not only talk about how important it is to live a Christ-centered life, but are able to model attributes like love, joy, patience, kindness, and faithfulness.
We strive to pay in the upper range of Minnesota Christian residential camps. Adults who volunteer a week of service to camp are eligible to receive a $125 discount off camp fees for a camper they designate.
Training: Some online training will be required of staff. Girls all-summer staff attend a week of paid staff training prior to camp sessions. Some staff will be asked to arrive early for a 2-3 day paid training session. Other staff and weekly volunteers are expected to arrive on-site the Saturday before their week of work for additional training prior to their week of camp. Information will be sent to you.
